Day 10 of 14 Had a good day yesterday for the most part, a few rough spots when talking to my wife on the phone, she is still dealing with the hurt and pain caused by all of this. Had a cat scan at the VA. yesterday so a good part of my day was thinking of this and waiting to see what the Doc . is looking for. As of last night she is 50/50 on staying married to me. It is Friday, I will be working all weekend trying to catch up from not being able to complete jobs due to the cold weather, so my mind will be busy with that no time to think of the dark side. I have not been having urges or thoughts of going online for that stuff, I will stay strong and defeat this!!!

Day 1, just finished the 7 day. Moving on to the next level here.

 

Day 6 of 14. haven't been on for a while, but have abstained from porn and masturbation. Feeling good about myself!

Day 1 of 14. It has been a rough day. I am still having some pretty bad urges. I have been watching my niece who is 2 all day, so that has been a good distraction. I just keep thinking about how it will eventually get easier. And man, I am looking forward to that time.

 

Day 0: I managed to get to 10 days before taking part in this challenge but i relapsed today. But I will fight back.
