Okay I tried to do the 30 day challenge, but it may help me to have a series of smaller goals instead, so I’ll join this.

I've made it 7 days for only the 2nd time. My first went 9 total. @2525, I don't need to go to the Hall of Fame, I'm just gonna continue onto the 14 day Challenge from here. Stay strong, my brothers and sisters!

What about if you relapse and want to do the 7 day challenge again?

I need a strategy for what comes after the challenge otherwise all I will be doing is hanging on tooth and nail until the time is up and then relapsing hard.

P.s I'm in. I originally tried the 30 days challenge but only made it to day 4. Lets do this!

Just hit Day 7 yesterday! or does that not count since I forgot to post in here? Well my counter might say 8 or 9 soon since i've been PMO free for that long since i started on the 7th.

Day 4: i was hard in morning and lot of fantasies running inside my head.. somehow managed to be there.....didnt stroke or watched porn.... feeling like sitting on volcano which cab erupt any moment....can anyone help?
