How much withdrawals will last

Depends on the person and how addicted they were
It can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months

 

Can take much longer.

I still have withdrawal and I'm 4 months in..

 

Quitting fapping you will notice more benefits than withdrawals. So fear not. In my own specific case I kept myself so busy that the only time I notice urges significantly or withdrawals were during the weekends. And even that I pray I overcome as we are on a weekend again

 

If you do hard mode, the withdrawals will probably be a lot shorter.

I have sex on my reboot, maybe that's why I'm still experience withdrawals from hell.

Still, despite my negativity, this is so much worth it in the end

 

It really does depend on a lot of factors. Also, for me, the withdrawals tend to come in phases. Some weeks you'll have a symptom (Head pressure) disappear only to a couple of week reappear. But they do noticeably decrease with time I barely feel the pressure now. A few twitches here and there its not as bad as it initially was. Dypsnea has all but gone
