I have fallen. It feels somewhat unrealistic, going 4 months without PMO and then relapsing. The reason I am not sure of. I had trouble sleeping the days leading up to the relapse. This might have left me more vulnerable to urges. The night of the relapse I was up late on the internet (BAD IDEA!). I was on Instagram and viewed some "intriguing content" and one thing led to another and suddenly I was on relapsing. I didn't think I was this susceptible to urges after coming so far. But as I said I had not been sleeping too much and was tired. I will be restarting today and hoping that I can back to where I once was. Not giving up!

Day 0.

 

Day 18, got back random erections.
And pied is curing itself, seeing improvements.

 

I did have more urges also and was way more vulnerable during insomnia so it is related. You have made huge progresses during these 4 months and all is not lost, just a step back. Woah, it's crazy it's life we follow the same path. I hope my relapse 11 days ago didn't have influence on you. Get back up soldier and just take this as a learning experience to move forward and be stronger.

Day 80+, i don't count them. What I remember is that by new years I will be at 90 days.
My targets evolved: 90, 180, 365 and 1000 days. Lets see.


I am back into Starcraft2, as they found a vice to hook be back in. The good thing is that I play considerably less, and with less commitment.

I have new occupations now - going to a bar regularly, playing fussball, talking to new people, socializing.

Also actually I installed Productivity challenge on my phone and I level up on completing work and tasks. Feels good to be satisfied in thr end if the day that some chores are taken care of.

180/180. The Warrior challenge is complete. I am going to celebrate that!
