[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 3,could not write on yesterday, cause I was updating my OS, but still yesterday was very busy day, so no chance of doing all those stuff. Today I started my day very late, woke up at 8:00 that's very late for one who wakes up at 6:00. Made my schedule, and now working onto it. Enjoy your life.

 

With each fail you became more determined to succeed.

My aim is 30 days, but I'm breaking it down in to blocks of seven.

So this is 1/7 of week 1.

 

Day 3 yo! And logging off the computer!

I am still clean and I would move to 14 days but you know what. I sometimes feel like... its okay, one time is fine. it doesn't matter. I don't know why I feel like this. last night I was in club and ladies there were hot. and I had a good look on them. I do hit on woman here and there. I do have my social life. I can mastrubate in prone position and without it. with porn movie on or without. nothing matters. no model no length of the movie matters when I M. no nothing. but this one feeling. that just once won't matter. last night too... I had this feeling but was drunk enough to engage. what do you think about it ?

Day 0 again. First time watching actual p in about 15 days i’m really tempted to just quit but I know that is not good. My goal is to be done with this challenge before 2018.

 

Hang in there man. Do not give up. I was in the same situation as you some weeks ago.
I just couldn't reach the 7 days for many reasons. I even deleted my account, because of frustration.
Now I am back, it was a stupid decision, PMO gave me nothing in this time.
NoFap might be hard, but it can be a fulfilling experience, whereas P mostly has negative side effects.
Analyze what led to your relapse, take your time and then try it again.

 

Starting day 5! I was tempted, but I didn't do anything good luck to everyone!

 

Day 3 done. Feeling good. Just watched the video Great Porn Experiment. Good information. Helps me see I'm not such a loser and failure. I can beat this addiction.
