Anxiety caused by Manga

    So I was reading some manga yesterday and I saw some nudity inside said manga. now its the next day and I am feeling some anxiety. I did not masturbate but does this happen to anyone else?

    I haven't really read any manga recently, but the last thing I was reading was Akira and some Junji Ito stuff. So I can't really say, but take precautions on about what manga you choose to look at/read.

    Well, it has happened to me and I had consider it to be due to the withdrawal from extreme stimulation. I mean, before nofap, I wouldn't have even registered still images (manga in this case) as arousing but as the days went by, I started doing so due to boredom. Just be careful in whatever manga/anime/light novel you decide to read and you will be fine.
