Hi guys after I fapped here and there this weekend I start again from day 0.
Third time... So this must be the good one.

1 day gratefully without PMO.

 

Two days complete. Starting day 3

 

Starting day 6. Yesterday I didn't have a great day. I don't know if this is affecting my mood.

 

Starting day 1/7.

 

So far, doing well. Urges have been minimal.

 

This is gonna be a great week

Day 0. RESTART

 

Day 6! Told my therapist about no PM today, and it was a really great step. We worked together to get the start of a solid base for reaching my specific goals going forward. For that, I'm very humbled and thankful today. It made me realize that taking the first steps and holding ourselves accountable like this is something that each of us should be really proud of.
