    So I am new to the NoFap community and it's helping me immensely and giving me a ton of hope on my reboot.. Until I had a wet dream last night. I have been doing research on the forums and realize that it's part of the process. But I still feel like it's setting me back, I just feel like I'm not experiencing the benefits of giving up PMO.

    How long does the wet dreams last for? Does it go away fully?

    Porn is the most dangerous thing in this process, so make sure you develop a life without porn.

    Okay, Thank you guys.
    I'm not super worried about them. But what is the typical process for them? Like do they start to space out in between? If so, how long normally?
