Day 14/30: I'm feeling positive, no urges of importance, regaining peace in my mind after a turbulent sunday (wet dream and urges after), let's do this !

 

day 6 down and onto day 7! quick question though, does "PMO" mean M and O to porn or seperate?

Yesterday was a productive day and I didn't experience any urge. I wish every day were like that.

Day 23 saw a painting of a bare top women by mistake, on a Etsy, kinda feel guilty, I quickly turned away. Was looking for throw blankets, not nudity. I don't consider this a slip since I wasn't actively seeks this out and wasn't expecting this site to have this. Just being honest here, had to many lies in the past covering this stuff up.

HI everbody Trying to quit since aug 2017 with ups and downs with 14 days best streak. Nothing is perfect yet but believe me there are strong benefits of NoFap! Your brain needs this rebalance ASAP to perform better with your partner and people you love. You all can do 30 days and im still on my own path! We all can do it.

Ps: feeling more motiveted since i joined compagnon of nofap love it and feeling i will beat this bad habit forever.
