Sorry about the relapse, but it's good to read you learned the lessons from it! You're so right ! Remember it when you're back on track to not fall into the same trap again! Very sad to report a relapse last night. But, I'm going to re-double my efforts to the challenge (i think i got a little lazy, careless, and vigilance against PMO is required to beat the addiction).

Just completed the 14 day challenge today.
Starting this 30 day challenge tomorrow.

Day 3(20th December,2017):
My parents are back home from their trip.So I spent some time with them then studied a lot,Worked Out,etc.. I am still worried about the exam tomorrow.It's the most important exam of my life till now.Hope I do best and wish me luck

Starting to notice some signs of the detoxification! This morning, for no obvious reason, I felt this pressure. It was like stage-fright. It went away during the day. This evening I feel the same, but not as intense.
Still staying strong though!
