Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Today I will not use porn because it made miss out on the best days of my life and that one girl I always wanted.

 

Today I will not use porn because it will disrupt my emotions and affect my life.

 

Today i will not use porn because i want to sped my energy life on productive things

Today I will not use porn because I've gone too far in what I enjoyed and took pleasure in. Too, too far.

 

Today I will not use porn because it won't help me to be a better version of myself. It will just try to destroy me, so no thank you !

Today I will not masturbate because I relapsed once more yesterday.
I could solve porn and chats to know girls, days 82 and 93. So, a whole reboot cycle is complete or near to completion.
I still can't crack masturbation, despite a lot of progresses done - not daily base, not using porn or chats, not using pictures, doing it only when alone, etc...
I can't control it, I can't say "ok I will do it today and then no more for a month", I struggle to arrive to 2 weeks.
So I started a 7 days challenge

 

Today I will not use porn because it always leaves me feeling depressed and frustrated and I deserve better. I deserve to achieve my goals and to create a better, more fulfilling life for myself.

 

I won't use porn today because I used too much in the past and it didn't give me any real happiness. All were just fake and so wrong.

 

Today i will not do PMO because i remember the times when it had made me lose faith in myself, when it had made me hate myself, when it had made me try to harm myself! I have had enough of something controlling me, i want to take control now!

 

Today i will not use porn i want to become a better version of myself and meet a real girl.

 

Today I will not use porn because it is just a fantasy that creates unfulfilled desires leading to pain and suffering.

 

Today I will not use PMO because I want to be radiating confidence & control. I want to be the rock that my(future) woman can totally be attracted to.
