The edging is what added a notch to the addiction. Showering these feelings over me for hours without coming to an end is way more dangerous and destructive then just P and M and then O!
The dopamin circle must be quite strong already and the reward pattern driving me surely into this.
I used to do 60 days easily. I start one more with focus on breaking the dopamin circle so my system can recover first.

 

Day 17 completed ...

 

14/60, two weeks done!

 

Well starting at 0 and going to 60. This is going to be an interesting ride.

Forgot to post yesterday, no problems.

Experiencing some pretty strong urges right now. When they started I went straight to NoFap to be able to resist.

9 days down, 51 to go.

Not a major difference , obviously ... Maybe I exaggerated , but I want to reach 60 days and I try to motivate myself

Hello fellow Fapstronauts! My name is Josh and I am new to NoFap. I personally have been struggling for years with porn and Masterbation and now I have been working to be free. I am right now on day 5. I was wondering, should I reset my counter if I did PM but no O? I would appreciate it.

 

Alright!!! Fresh from the 30 day challenge.. Took me a while to find this thread... Anyway.. Here is day 0 for 60 day challenge... Wow that's like 2 months right... Whew.. God help us all..
