Completed day 5, onto day 6/7

So happy to have made it this far!! Looking forward to the home stretch!

 

Day 2 ,

Everybody will able to continue only when they don't put themselves in a small room ... Run outside.. fly up high ..

 

You will make it , I will make ..... Let's continue

 

@2525 Count me in! Day 0 out of 7 Begins today.

 

Finally in day 7, the longest I've made it PMO free since it first became a problem 10 years ago. In the words of Forrest Gump: "I figured since I made it this far, might as well keep on going."

 

You can do this,keep positive

 

Day 7 nearly done feeling good

 

1/7- Feel good. Took an ice bath last night, I'm sure ill get horny later but for now I feel fine. Going to the gym with my sister now

 

Back to zero :-( but feeling a little proud that i am almost can say i quiet it for a week 2 weeks month and the forever.

 

Just reset. Count me in, gonna stay focused this time

 

Day 5. I feel so good. I'm happy I discovered this community. I don't think I could've done this alone!

 

I have edged, so I'm resetting my counter. I would rather confess it here and stay than go on posting to Day 7 pretending everything is fine. And on Christmas of all days too!

Merry Christmas to the rest of you folks, and I'm hoping you'll do better than what I did

Welp, Day 0 then. Better get up the horse again.

 

Day 1 - Merry Christmas eve everybody. I finished all habits I wished to do today, so it was a good day for me.

 

2/7 another great day. Merry Christmas everyone, and if you don't celebrate Christmas, have a great time.

 

Day 0. I hate resetting. :’( Hopefully, tomorrow will be a better day.
