You need to be clearer in expressing yourself in English, apologizing doesn't make us understand what you're saying. What is hipotese? If you're using English jumping to a word from another language doesn't help clear communication which is probably why you don't have any replies.

 

Watching tv and video games is a bit better than watching P and then MOing. That is if you can avoid being triggered by seeing stuff on TV. People normally report better and faster improvement when giving up other easy source of dopamine release like sugar, video games, tv.

But doing all of it together is hard and chances of a relapse go up when you are trying to control so many different urges. That is why I would not recommend it.

Stay away from arousing stimulation of any kind. Don't think sexual thoughts and slowly give up on other things. If you like sugar a lot, take it in smaller quantities.

And really do more research to gain more understanding of brain chemistry. The more knowledge and understanding you have of the addiction process, the better you will be able to control you urges.

He means "hypothesis". He means he has a theory that reads next: when we are playing videogames and watching TV we dont think about PMO, therefore we reboot slower because we are just hiding the PMO urge to ourselves, instead of facing it and battling it.
