No offense man, but this is probably the biggest *ullshit i have read here so far.

    - of course it is a relapse [maybe not physicaly, but still no good for your brain]
    - how can u be 100% sure u wont masturbate? U have a penis? So u cant be sure about the thing.
    - sooner or later this kind of behavior always leads to a regular PMO relapse

Do not watch porn. Give up porn. Get that crap out of your life and be a better, healthier, stronger person.

    Best of luck to you!

  3. Nope, never, P and P substitutes are a no no. P is the bigger enemy than M if I had to pick

If you're serious about not masturbating. Absolutely not. It's NOT OK watching porn at all. It was will hinder and hamper your progress on making a recovery. It's like an alcoholic asking if it's OK having a pint of beer or a glass of wine, if he or she is 100% sure that he or she won't get drunk.

You can't really afford to make a compromise if your addiction to porn/masturbation is one of your vices – which is why we're all on NoFap after all, right?

  6. Well even if you will not masturbate it is still mentally going to affect you. If you constantly keep watching porn you might find it hard to get aroused with a real partner.

Just put your time and energy to something more beneficial than porn or fapping.

From what I understand from watching the vids in the FAQs and starter info, porn itself becomes a positive dopamine feedback loop. Initially it's tied to the masturbation, but after the heavy use(why most of us are here) then it becomes it's own positive reinforcing feedback cycle.

Part of breaking porn addiction is breaking the positive feedback cycle that has been generated just by the viewing of porn itself. That feedback cycle also feeds into a cycle of masturbation, but there exists an unhealthy positive dopamine feedback cycle just tied to the porn. If you keep watching porn, even without masturbating, you will fuel that feedback cycle and make extinction(the technical psychological term for snuffing out associations) impossible.

Watching porn alone actually has the same effects as masturbating. You'd still get the dopamine rush. Those bad effects to the brain and body are still present even if you don't ejaculate to it.
it's like, what's the point of wearing a shirt if you're not even wearing pants?

Just say no to porn from a 28 year PMO addict.
