Day 7.. feeling a lot of urges today D: keep strong.

 

Day 1 complete. No temptations today. Saw one mildly stimulating picture (not porn) but made it go away.
Only time I touched myself was to pee and to shower

 

Keep it up (or down in this case!) You can do it, and if you can, I can!

 

Same thing on me lol Trying to stay away from it, just on the times I really need to touch. Keep on going mate

Somehow made it to four days. I guess being busy during Christmas really helped!

Yupieeee I'm glad that I completed it very easily.
I was having many relapses at around 7 days. So, I failed 3 times but, at last done it.

Looking forward to join 30-day/60-day challenge

Day 13, feeling excited to complete 14 days nofap. Thank a lot @2525 because it's your posts that makes me strong to come out of the mess every time I fall into its trap. And Thanks to entire NoFap community for having such wonderful people for various parts of the world with varied interests.
