Broke my leg last week now at home for 7 days straight and nothing else to do then browse the web...

Stumbled upon some link and boom it was some link with all nudes on it. and it keep popping up.

Result i gave in and wanked.

well this shows you how important it is to keep busy when on this journey redirect the sexual energy you retain to other activities otherwise you will bust no doubt about it.

Lets make 2k18 a fap free year!

Well don’t be too harsh on yourself mate. You’re rather legless at the moment. :)

It happend at work i fell over into a railing in a weird position , exerting huge amounts of force on my fibula bone making it snap.
I couldnt do anything the past week lying down all day. I normally workout 3 to 5 times a week and take cold showers everyday and work at my job.

boredom strikes and you are full of sexual energy but you cant release in any single way and that what you avoid pops right in front of you and dope rush hits you , its pretty much done.

Lets hope for a swift recovery and continue from there.

  4. I’m sorry to hear that man! I hope your leg heals quickly! I had a similar experience back in April. I broke my collarbone and ended up relapsing due to sheer boredom. I couldnt even use my strong arm so I used my weak arm lol.
I’d recommend getting some new books and reading those!
