Yeah..!! The worst part is that things which cause temporary pleasure/pain will cause long lasting pain/pleasure. This is so simple but still our brain is designed to choose the temporary part of it. That's sad!

I just finished the 21 day challenge and graduated to the next level, the 30 day challenge!

 

Day 24/30: Slowly moving to 2018 I'm feeling good, let's go and add +1 today !

 

Day 10 of 30 Had a good day last night with my wife, still talking about us and where we are going, how we are doing. She has seemed to have turned a corner on working to stay together. It feel s good to not jump online when I have a free moment to view that shit that messed up my life. Heading into the weekend, we have a few of our grand daughters coming over for the weekend, looking forward to having fun as a family!

04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09/30 --

whew -- look a little break from the site over the holidays as was with the family etc and could hardly get on the computer. anyway -- almost made it to 10 full days.

Been drifting a little into Psub stuff which I very much need to avoid. Ultimately, avoiding Psub and focusing on real experiences is what will make this a successful 30 days so I need to close the screen, look away when I start to get these urges. I'm sure others get the same feelings -- any tips / advice for how you deal with Pusb desires much appreciated.

Will be online more in the new year. Strength & respect to all in the struggle. Heading for a PMO free 2018!
