It's been over a month, and I feel GREAT!

I started nofap since November but relapsed after a week. Took a strong vow, got rid of all my bad habits, deleted triggering stuff and started going to the gym regularly. Now I am over a month with and I really feel great.

Truth to be said, sometimes my brain tries to hijack me back to watching porn, and I have almost went to the verge of relapsing a week ago. Fortunately I controlled the urge and now I am proud to say that I have abstained from PMO over a month.

Those who are new to this, I'll gladly share my experiences if you want!

Congrats on that streak bro. Im on day 14 and it’s a battle every single day trying to resist the urge. Have you been noticing any benefits after a month, like increasing mood, confidence, less anxiety?

I'd not say much, but there seems to have been some improvements to my mood. The best change I noticed was that my time in gym is finally paying off and I have been making some serious gains.

Well done. I'm a month in now and the benefits are real. It's right about the gym stuff. Seems far easier to gain muscle allied to the energy boost it's a great work out tool
    Keep on pal!

All the suggestive memes, wallpapers, subreddits, twitter, facebook and instagram follows. Any thing which makes me think of porn and other suggestive stuff, I removed from my PC and phones. Helps a lot, really.
Also, try to make it a daily habit of exercising. If you exercise, you'll spend time in productive way and there'll be less time to sit and be idle in your room.

Kinda almost relapsed today, so I'll take a break from gym. That was bad.
