I want to get rid of this habit!

    Hi everyone!

    I was fapping since the age of 12( I´m 17 now) and decided that I want to stop it, because I use it to release stress. I tried several times, before I knew about NoFap, and failed alot of times. I quit smoking and I´m sure that this time I´m going to make it. I decided to change several things in my daily routine and set my goal for 100 days. I´m going to have to read alot of articles on yourbrainonporn.com to find out what´s going on with me.

    I wish everyone the strengh to succeed!

    Good luck, 17 was about the age I realised I was addicted. And to be honest had little success until my recent streak . I'm still in early stages but im 24 now. I wish I had got to this stage when I was 17. Don't throw away 6 years more like me and then give up when your 24.. smash it now mate . good luck Pleased to see your 7 days in

    Thank you for replying! I realised that I was addicted a alot erlier but didn´t do something against it. Not anymore.
