Signing in for Day 5. 2 days to go and nothing stopping me. Still, I gotta watch out even if it's New Years'.

 

First time here, finding it hard to go without a day so a week should be a challenge.
So count me in!

I know how U feel but you can overcome it there are a lot of benefits
I am sober for 6 days now and feeling happier than i was with pm i close the door and watching those things for hours.

you can to a lot more things with the time you watch to porn. I feel 100 times better when I'm sober when you masturbate every day is not good for yourself your job etc

Read books on nofap go to YouTube download a safe browser. I am using questudio.

So i can avoid sites that triggers me no Google no Facebook and no porn. The password cant reset it if i have extreme urge the password is with my best friend.
When i overcome this addiction and can handle Google i will use it but not now.

I forget what day I"m on. The only way i can see my day counter is AFTER submitting a post, then going back to read it. Then and only then can I see the NoPMO Days Counter. So anyway, today I'm on day ? of the 7 day challenge.
