    I had a bad case of PIED. There were many times that I could not maintain my erection. Some people would have just said it was my age. I was 48 at tge time but I knew it was because of porn and excessive masturbation. I have been porn free since march 11, 2016 and I have stopped jacking off since march 2, 2017. My erections are as good or better than when I was in my 20s. Im 50 now.
