    22 year old male from Spain here.

    Was shamed into fapping at a late age on a school trip by class mates that thought I was missing out(socially awkward, didnt know what it was and they forced me to fap on a bathroom... super creepy)

    An addiction started 5 years ago when I ended up on a foreign country by myself with too much leisure time and it has gone daily/almost daily since then.


    Have some female friends(didnt not too long ago) and things are somewhat awkward between us so hopefully nofap helps through things.

    How I started too socially akward and friends (no more) thought I was missing out. Though they didnt force me.
