[30-CHALLENGE] THE THIRTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 4 completed, its difficult sometimes. Especialy im the morning. Lots of boners then.

 

Yay! 7 days now. Feel good and strong, but that's when you've got to be careful that you don't start taking things too lightly!

 

You're doing great. If you don't hang around in bed after you're up and just get up and start moving, things should be fine. I roll over onto the floor and do 20 press ups first thing when I wake up. Gets the blood flowing through your brain and body and helps you feel awake - try it!

 

Day 12/31 Yesterday I did edging. It was a fault I will try to keep strong.

 

Day 10/30. A third of the way through this challenge on this last day of 2017.

 

Day 2/30, had some urges, but nothing that serious until now. KEEP GOING
