I will not use porn because abstainence and obedience to God made me realize how strong I am and crutches are no longer necessary.

Today I took a shower and as I was washing my hair it felt thicker. Then I combed and dried my hair and it looked thicker in the mirror.

One of the reasons I'm on this journey is to reverse male pattern baldness. I've made some mild dietary changes in the past month but the big change has been my nofap streak.

So I don't want to PMO because I'm sooo happy my hair looks better and I want to keep it going.

 

Today I won't use porn as I want to be clean this year and onwards.

I am much better without it. Without it i can be strong, guilt free, confident, jolly and bright.
However it drains me of all good things and so i have already vowed to quit it for good!

It should be with P but today I've planed to delete my P collection but it made me watch it instead get rid of it still have no guts for deleting this "memorable collection"
