I noticed something, there is a huge different between PMO and MO , PMO is very harmful to my mind and it's a loop point of bad habit , once touch not easy to go back , and dirty

I just completed the 7-Day Challenge and want to start the 14-Day Challenge. If I understand correctly, even though I have 7 days of NoPMO, I'm starting at Day 0 for this new challenge? If so that means upon completing the 14 day challenge I'll actually have 21 days of NoPMO...is that correct? Or will this be counted as Day 8?

Jan-01-18 I'm in, currently I'm in day 19 but for this challenge I'm in day 0. My greatest is 31 days and 19+14=33, it's going to be interesting, let's go!

Good evening everyone, sort for not posting yesterday, been very busy with new year and all. So today is 7/14, but the real hard work starts when we go back to the normal day to day life that lead us down the porn road. Keep the faith and stay strong

 

3/14! Rock on with my bad self! I believe I fucked up the last streak by edging (to no porn, just morning wood) when I woke up. I did it a couple of times during the streak and I ended up breaking. I'm going to be hyper aware of this and will immediately wake up with my woody and go to the bathroom to piss. RIGHT out of bed into there. No chance of edging
