***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

I'm grateful for a little peace and quiet and time on my own.
I'm grateful for my stable, peace of mind these last few days.
I'm grateful for having a roof over my head.

 

I am thankful for hope
I am thankful for how relaxed I feel when I read books
I am thankful that NoFap exists
I am thankful that I have wonderful friends in the neighborhood
I am thankful for winning some prizes at a carnival!

 

Im grateful for awesome gifts, especially clothes
Im grateful for the idea and confidence to fix my room
Im grateful for my relatieves: for my mom because she is cery funny, for dad because he is a cinfident man, for my grandma because she loves and cares for me a lot, for my sister because she loves me even when I act like a loser, but still reminds me how great I can be

 

Day 32 of 30

1. I'm grateful that I went to my friend's place for lunch and had a lot of fun.
2. I'm grateful that I didn't gain weight this week like I feared.
3. I'm grateful that I count such wonderful people among my friends.

 

I am grateful for the holiday season. Its been a great break for me.
I am grateful for focusing on important things rather than the things that bring me down.
I am grateful that its new years eve looking forward to 2018!

 

Day 30

I am grateful that I still can catch my late prayer and meditation.
I am grateful that I have may activities with friends and family.
I am grateful that I have health to do my things better right now.

 

I am grateful for getting to 2018 pmo free
I am grateful for being pmo free for 70 days today, thank you all for the continuous encouragement, it means a lot !
I am grateful for just being alive and happy !

 

I'm grateful for being healthy.
I'm grateful for the experiences I have had in my life so far.
I'm grateful for my freedom.

 

I am thankful that 2017 was a good year despite its many bad moments and I can learn to make 2018 an even better year
I am thankful that books exists so I can enjoy reading them
I am thankful that I have both my parents and a great sister
I am thankful that I have many wonderful friends in the neighborhood
I am thankful that I am unique!

 

1. I am thankful for the inquisitive mind I was given.
2. I am thankful for loving parents, siblings & family.
3. I am thankful for changing, new perspectives I am gaining with education and exposure to different people.

 

I'm grateful for the very warm and fuzzy comraderie between me and my friends.
I'm grateful that something beautiful has started speaking to me in my soul.
I'm grateful that maybe, some day, I will be worthy of salvation.

I am grateful that I can start a new year with goals and good intention.
I am grateful that I can fight my urge last night, thanks God.
I am grateful that I can calm myself down and have positivity for a new year resolution.

2. I'm grateful for my family and the amazing time we had together.

Day 33 of 30

1. I'm grateful that I'm getting a new suit for my cousin's wedding. My current one feels like a loose robe lol
2. I'm grateful that I didn't pig out on food, but enjoyed whatever little I had.
3. I'm grateful that my dad is so nice

I am grateful for last night, i had a great time
I am grateful for being offered the chance to stay pmo free in 2018, the whole year

 

I’m grateful for never having to go hungry.
I’m grateful for all the opportunities I have to make life fuller and richer.
I’m grateful that after a long wait my counselling sessions have started.

 

I am grateful for my good friends.
I am grateful for the world that we live in. If you cut out the TV propaganda i believe that this is the best time to be alive.

And i am greatefull that i am young ,my body is healthy and capable of a billion things.
