Trying to give up on fapping...

    I just joined Nofap a few minutes ago. I have not fapped for 8 days till today. At times, even an hour ago, i was searching for porn and would have finally given up, but then turned to internet to find some reasons why u shouldn't. At last, i have found this website..let's see how far i can go..
    I am confident i might give up soon..

    Giving up on porn is a journey that you have to commit to,will power alone won’t do the trick.If you do finally give in to the temptation try to learn from that.

    Good luck on your journey man. Just remember that your goal should be to quit porn entirely. Masturbation in moderation is normal. It is in fact recommended because you want to rewire your brain to respond to natural stimuli instead of pixels on a screen.
