Today wasn't too bad. Had some urges but let my mind go blank and they floated away.

Day 13, uncontrollable erections. Man it's curing my ED problems and I think it's almost cure.
Btw current streak is more than 40 days

Its a new year... my long term goal is 365 days NoFap. But I will break it into short term achievable goals. Like this 30 day challenge. I start today. DAY 0!

Day14 of 30 Went away for a long weekend with my wife, went to a place that she and I both enjoy, nice quite dinners, time in a hot tub, a quiet hotel room. Went to a NYE ball drop, drove thru the country side taking pictures of snow covered barns, a walk on a Lake Michigan beach, that was nice a little cold, then the drive home 4 hours away, stopped at a store she wanted to visit, bought her a candle holder she likes, then a dinner at a BBQ place she wanted to try. And we felt really close again, love that feeling. She asked how I could go from talking online to women and pushing her away, to being so into her again so fast, was it a lie? I explained to her that it was like a clarity in my mind that I have not felt in a while, that she was and is my priority in life, keeping her happy, that my mind is not clouded anymore. I now we will have up's and down's for a while, but I am not giving up on us!

New year with a new focus on my goals

 

Day 6 by now on 30 days challenge and 33 in total. My final target is 100! But I have to reach it step by step. Thanks @2525

 

Day 28/30: Three days to go in this challenge, but the ultimate goal is pmo free for life ofcourse !
