    The most important is reading lots of good articles, from which we can find a good way to help ourselves get rid of porn. In addition, we may develop some good habits such as exercising and help others. Being positive, we can find great joy in our life.
    God bless you.

    @jieseba

    That's great advice! I'm going to follow it and spend more time here on the forums and reading articles now that I'm on vacation and have more time to do it. Hope to stay with it and make it a habit!

    Hey, I realized YourBrainOnPorn has so many QPAs (quitting porn articles). And you don't have to read through all kind of discussions and off-topics like here. (no hard feelings. NoFap is super awesome as a forum. And you can get motivation and first-hand experiences here.)

    Indeed, in my opinion, Nofap is only a part of life, we can learn a lot here but we should return to life eventually.

  7. Interesting use of the word 'brainwashing'. Another way of saying it could be changing the way you think or renewing your mind.
