Day 2/30 done . I've had akward moments, especially while getting rid of media on my computer that might trigger me. Otherwise I feel confident...

Day 4 complete. Almost no urges, but also very low libido.

I have a holiday right now and am preparing for exams, in the morning and afternoons I was studing. In the evenings i chatted with friends,at night I finally completed reading the book "fatherhood principals". And after this I will recite the rosary and go to bed.
