Today I won't use porn as I'm happier not doing it.

Today I will not use porn because 2018 is my year of no porn (and 2019, 2020, etc)

I will not use porn today because I have very important work to finish on time. As a matter of fact, it may define what direction my life would take. I really want to do that work well. If I PMO, I will lose time, energy, confidence, and I will feel terrible for doing so. It will mess up my chances of achieving something that I really want. Not to mention, this is my longest streak without PMO since I started (16 years ago), that I have managed through my own discipline. Almost on day 6, and my longest streak before this was 4 days. I have to be strong.
