Today is day 0. I'm in.

 

Day 1 finished

 

Nearing one week. And today first very negative experience of this forum, apparently it is infested with some MGTOW-trolls that seek to belitle and stalk others since that is all they are capable of doing. It is sad to see and I am said to say that Internet is never ever to be considered any safe space for any kind of personal information.

 

Now i will try to get my third day over....i feeling actually lot of preassure. Bit nervous also.

Feels like urges are coming is waves today. It builds up slowly, until it gets pretty tense and finally goes away. I'll make it through, though.

After a fairly strong 5 days, I was blindsided yesterday by an overwhelming impulse to M. After a decent bit of resisting, I flirted with temptation and ended up relapsing. Moral of the story is acting fast and decisively when impulses arise, and having a strategy.
