Porn is in check - but do I ever feel like having some self-love... Pretty charged up. I need something other on my mind.

 

i started nofap on the first day of the year so i guess i´m on day 4 now . let´s do this, once and forever.

Day 33 - Sometimes live is hard, but the most important thing is to learn your lessions and make it better next time. It's very embarrasing if you make the same mistake twice, but it's often neccessary in order to learn the most out of the problem. #faith
