Day 6/365! Woke up this morning clear minded and full of energy! This is just the prelude for us!

 

Day 9 completed. Onto the next 356, here I go!

 

Day 2/365

Best addiction I have planned to say goodbye to you in 2018. This is because all stress and misery come through you. I am someone with an extreme amount of energy in my body but because I give away every time to my pm addiction I have less energy for my family, friends, faith and my job. Have enough of it do not want to go back no more goodbye I am sick of you.

1Since i started nofap all the positive 1things in my life come back since 20 days i start praying
2 take my job more seriously then before 3 read whole book stories
Can resist cold showers with a little thanks to Wim Hofman
And more will come this time its a now way ticket to stop pm for 2018 bye pm addiction. ;-)

1/365 , 364 more to go, lets go and may we all become who we want to be. I know we can all do it. The toughest part is behind us
