[30-CHALLENGE] THE THIRTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 12

The challenge has definitely got tougher over the past few days, so I guess I need to up my game to get the growth.

Today I was studing in the morning and afternoons. In the evenings i went for mass, and at night watched the break free virtual summit (by brave hearts sponsored by Covenant eyes). Now I will recite the rosary and go to bed.

 

5/30 feeling good, minimal use of instagram these past few days - it always leads me on a downward spiral to relapsing.
Staying strong!

Day 7. Had nocturnal emission. Might check out @2525 's preventative tips. Feeling more tired, still pmo-free. Must sleep.

Question: Is it a problem if you failed to come back everyday, but didn't relapse? I was trying to spend less time online.. (and haven't relapsed)

 

Didnt get a chance to check in. I relapsed last week. So i had to start over last thursday.
