Anti-Masturbation Device Recommendations?? (help needed)

    Anyone have any recommendations for anti-fap devices? (serious)
    I've been suffering from what I call "sleep-fapping," where I will wake up in the middle of the night, still half-asleep, and aggressively MO without making a conscious decision to. I really don't want to re-explain all the details, so please look up previous threads I've made on this if you don't understand. I've found that a lot of people on this board don't have this problem and a few don't even believe me when I say these episodes happen against my will. Please believe me when I say this MO does NOT happen by my choice. It's like I'm possessed or something. I don't know why it happens, but it's about as conscious as sleepwalking which is why I call it sleep-fapping. But it still brings the next-day negative effects of PMO, which is why I MUST stop it somehow for a successful reboot.
    I've currently tried sleeping pills, tight jeans, and handcuffs. They don't work. The M is so bad that I will wrestle through all of it, regardless of pain or discomfort, and manage to get off. Very embarrassing and discouraging, since I don't even struggle with conscious PMO anymore. Literally all of it is this sleep-fapping shit. I'd probably be 90+ days clean now if not for this.
    I've been wearing a leather "male chastity belt," but one night I managed to wrestle through that as well. I'll spare you the details. Since then I've been wearing it over thermal pants to make that more difficult, but last night I ended up wrestling through that too, breaking my 14-day no-PMO streak. I've tried a metal c*ck cage, but the thing is easy to maneuver out of and therefore useless.
    So it's back to square one. I'm literally about ready to give up, guys. I've been trying to figure out how to stop this FOR OVER A YEAR NOW. In theory, I need some kind of restraining device that makes MO impossible, and is impossible to break free of without causing serious personal injury or using a key (I always hide the keys in a very hard-to-access location at night). Heck, I've seen a lot of things like this from the Victorian era that would probably actually work- but I can't find anyone who makes/sells them in our politically-correct society today. The modern BDSM garbage seems almost useless for stopping someone with serious intent from PMOing. Any ideas? 'Cuz I've about run out of them.

    I understand your predicament. Though I don't suffer from it as badly as you do, it's happened to me quite a few times in the past. I'm in a sort of twilight state between sleep and waking...usually around 2 or 3 in the morning.....I have the tremendous urge to wank and think nothing of it. It's almost like being drunk to be honest. I generally wake up though before I finish the act. Not sure what to tell you. One solution I've found is getting up early. And I mean like 4:30 or 5:00. Over the course of a few days, the sheer exhaustion will grind you down. Excess sleep definitley leads to masturbation without doubt. That's my experience. I get up during the week at 4:30 and go to bed around 8:30 or 9:00, and never have these issues. On the weekend, however, I tend to go to bed a bit later and wake up later. It's during these times that I always wake up at night wanting to have a wank. Try it and see how it goes.

    Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately this doesn't seem like a sustainable solution for me because sleep deprivation is one of the reasons I started trying to quit PMO in the first place (fapping makes it harder to sleep, in my case). When I don't get enough sleep, my work, social life, and personal life all suffer. I would literally have to replace one life-sabotage (PMO) with another (lack of sleep). Also, my sleep-faps seem to occur earlier, usually within 40-60 minutes of falling asleep.

    have you tried to set an alarm right before you fap?

    40-60 minutes after falling asleep. Might wake up before you fap and the urge might some how go away after idk.
