Today I will not use porn because the only future I can see where I am happy and fulfilled is one without this addiction.

 

Today I will not use porn because I want to be sure I am prepared for my ski trip tomorrow.

 

Today I will not MO because I feel happy and want to enjoy my day without shame neither brainfog.

 

Today I will not use porn or edge or masturbate or use P-Subs because I am better than my urges. And they are just that...urges. by not giving into the urges, I am rewiring my brain and the receptors to enforce and strengthen self control and will. The main reason that I won't today is because I want to feel confident enough to initiate sex with my girlfriend of 4 years and maintain an erection throughout.
