Ok, I’m up for the challenge. I’ve just started on the 7 day challenge, so my counter is pretty much accurate for this challenge also, I’m at day 2. I’ve been at porn for 30 of my 47 years, and once I made it to 3 months PMO about 15 years ago, and since then never longer than 1 month. This community looks good, and so far I’ve been enjoying reading people’s stories & have found them quite encouraging.

 

Day 2, the intense pain of losing the beautiful youth years, and losing someone who really loves u has become a fence infront of my urges.Now i will never turn back to Porn and masturbation, they have left nothing in me.They have stolen every think from me my health, youthness, confidence, selfrespect, integrity, and the most special thing my lover. I think i can recover all things but not my lover, it hurts me every moment.
