Male pattern baldness and hair regrowth

Yes. I've been wondering why on earth my hair was starting to thin on certain areas of my hair when I'm only 15.
I think it's the deficiency of zinc. Semen which everytime you lose when you masterbuate consists of zinc,calcium and other nutrients your body lives on. Zinc is used for the growth of hair and if you lose more than you need you also lose hair.The more zinc you have the healthier your hair grows.

I was hoping that would be a benefit but ny hair hasn’t grown back yet. Hopefully it will.

 

I've been doing hardmode for over a month now and I've definitely seen a bit more growth on my hairline and top of my head. Some of the bare spots are starting to fill in a bit more. Most encouraging sign is I've seen alot less shedding. I've been PMOing since I was 13 and and gradually seen my hair become less and less throughout the years, so this is a welcome sight! I'm also taking propecia which helps with the hairloss. My facial hair is also growing in areas where I could never grow before. Can't wait to see what longer durations of abstinence from PMO will result in!

 

Im doing this partly for my hair. Im only on my 20th day so Ive got awhile till I see some new growth.

 

I noticed the thinning of my hair a few years back, also noticed my hair receding further than usual. This may be a family trait however I'd be happy if it turned out that fapping to P for almost 15 years is the cause. I am not doing Nofap for trail and error for that matter but to completely leave that self destructing filth for good. I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't care if my hair issue is solved by abstaining from PM but I won't let it put me down. You can still be a good and baldish person at the same time lol

There's been a couple of posts on this forum of people reporting hair regrowth, pictures included. Pretty sure if you just search the forum a bit you'll find them.

 

I got bald at a young age but I wonder why doesn’t everyone who masturbates daily go bald? There must be another reason (genetics etc) otherwise 90% of men would be bald due to zinc deficiency
