Does one relapse totally destroy a reboot?

You’re right I do need to start a journal at some point. I think I would rather be in flatline than have urges though, means I can get on another decent streak without complications

I relapsed 2 days ago to porn
after 52 days of nofap after suffering from pied for many years. I felt like breaking down and crying yesterday for what I done. I just hope and pray that some of the progress I made during those 52 days haven’t been lost completely in body and mind.

  3. Not all the progress is gone but the more you relapse the more damage is done. I broke my 90 day streak I was so hyped to go out on dates but because of covid people are too scared and lazy to do anything. So now i'm getting my dopamine fix from relapses its also taken away my desire to go out and meet people. I did have one girl suggest a date if only it had happened before the relapse because now the motivation to go out is fading.

All the progress you made isn't gone, so don't go getting all anxious about it. One fap isn't going to completely unravel the healing progress of almost two months. I've been on NoFap for a little over a year now, and I had a few minor relapses; however, they didn't completely destroy my progress. You are going to feel a bit weird and yucky for a few days after relapsing, but after that wears off, you'll pretty much be back to where you were before the relapse.

Suppose that you go gym for 15 days and you suddenly leave it. Now do you think all progress you did for your body will go away suddenly ?
