Today was tough!
But i have learnt a lot from it!
And i will strengthen myself even more as i progress on my journey!

 

Day 3. Had a hectic but challenging day. Had some moderate urges during the evening but was able to bring things under control.

 

Day 7/90 done! Yeah, the first week is done! I'm ready for the next week.

 

I am going to be there no bs, am on day 7 but I can do this. Count me in
