I'm not sure if this is where I post reboot journal to do my own tracking? ays Day 0,even though I started yesterday...I am finding serious high and low waves of intensity at the beginning. I want and need to do this. Beyond 90 days lifelong is goal. breath helpful but I like the idea of intensity exercise, I tried running in spot, jumping jacks seem to help, though few mins later sometimes come back. hope this changes in time. Open to ideas, I've read the guide. I can do this.....

    Hi buddy, consider this:

You have to have a clear vision. A vision about yourself in the future, when you are living a normal life without PMO. In this vision you have much more possibilities than what you have now. This is so charming! Its worth the effort!

So you have this vision and you have to be very focused to reach it. This focused mental state is your weapon in the battle. You have to reach full consciousness about your PMO addiction.

    Write it down bro!

    How does it started?
    Why do you like it?
    How science desribes it?
What are thedownsides of living a PMO life?
    How does it harm you?
What can you win if you manage to get rid of it?
    etc.

If you have the answers for these questions and you adopt it to your mind, than you reached consciousness. And this consciousness can be used as a weapon!

So how should you use it?

When you feel the urge, its coming from your unconsciuos part of your brain, and its telling your conscious part to PMO, at this stage your consiuos part immediately have to remind itself that is has its wonderful weapon that can be used in this case.

So you are imagine a retro scale with the two sides. First you put the PMO on. And you see its pulling down that side. (Until now you dont have your conscious weapon, you couldnt fight with it. When PMO emerged its just simly wins without any fight.) But now you have your weapon, all the informations, emotions and consequences that you have gathered. And you use it, you put it on the other side of the scale. And you see that your weapon is so much heavier, it is just simly unbeatable and its pulling the scale all the way down. You see that 1 time PMO doesnt worth it, it cant catch up with your enermous weapon. Because of that you feel yourself strong. Stronger than ever before in that figt!

But be aware! You have to win every fight to win the battle! Because PMO wont give up. Thats why you have to take care of your consciousness every single day. This is the biggest danger! Because if you forget about it, you gonna beaten up once again!

Thats why NoFap is a great helf for PMO addictives. You can manage to take care of your consciousness with it!

Use this tactic and you gonna love it

Thanks for your reply. I'm noticng what DOES work (at least today) was music + movement, dancing, make me feel energized, using the energy - magical.
I find the harm question doesn't help me, I know but it hasn't helped me in the past. Why do I like it, great question...probably escape? I would win...learning to channel/control my energy "the force" into different experiences + more energy! Miracles. Joan of Arc inspires me, she was a real person who did this and did extraordinary things. *evening update edi* doing "work" project I am passionate about is also helpful focusing mind on tasks I wish to do = productive too! :) self-love!

DAY 3 - even though says say 1? Noticing tv images used suggestively and making efforts to focus attention elsewhere. I'm looking forward to the day where it doesn't effect me, and open to tips on those who are there. Meditation this morning/breath is helpful!
