Day 30 ... @2525 I have completed the challenge. I will reset my counter and start my 60 day challenge. Because thay way, I stay more motivated and focused.

Finished work late yesterday, so I didn't really have the energy to comment. Been forcing myself to go to bed at 11pm on the dot and despite some hiccups its working.
So day 3 was interesting, had some moments of fantasizing about sex, and porn in general. Not an urge to watch it, just reflecting on things. I'm definitely noticing attractive women more, so that is a plus side to this. Now just actually have to move into the meeting them mode, something I've never had a knack for.
