Day 2 completed. constant urges. But, Thank God, I made it.
*Spend more time with small children and too old people. It's awesome. Fallin in love with life

Day 1 again. I'm feeling good today and I actually have plans in place so I won't be as bored as I have been!

Day 5 complete..

You know sometimes when you are walking on the road or gazing at a distance and you start imagining things. Things like how you want your future to be. A future without PMO. A possibility that i can truly happy.. I think i had one of those today.

 

day 13. everything is fine. and after many months I've completely erased all the porn i used to watch. i'm much better now. this new year i started my new life with new goals.

Day 6- I've never felt more in control of myself as I do now, not really getting any urges at the moment

Day 12 done, these last 3 days have been the hardest

 

Day 13/14, no more urges just happiness n.n 1 day left!

 

Awesome. I try to do this often. For the longest time I couldn't see a future for myself. Now it's getting a little clearer
