Day 4 down, was tough, urges are increasing, but knowing that I must post on here keeps me going. The flash backs and my brain saying "what are you doing, you always fap on Saturday nights" was really tough but I will push through!!

 

Day 14/90 I’m home now so I can post Let’s go my friends!!!

Great day yesterday! Had a good time hanging out with some encouraging people. I slept for only 5 hours though. Feeling groggy but since its a Sunday, I will have plenty of time to make up for my lack of proper sleep.
