Day 4- Good morning- feels easy so far. Did have thoughts of sex when i was meditating though but that was real and it pased

I did PM so I'm back to Day 0.I'm ashamed of myself but I will try my hardest to bounce back.

 

Yeah if you like the English Dominican strain of theology, I think McCabe was great!
