Day 21

Urges are starting to peak again while I go through a period of low self-esteem. Just have to remind myself that everything's temporary.

Had very little access to internet the past day or so. That's why I wasn't able to report in. Sorry about that.

In the morning I went to mass and got back home in the afternoons. Watched some DW documentary (about scientific myths). At night I was studing, and afterwards I listened to catholic answers. I will now recite the rosary and go to bed

Day 27.. i was at the verge to fap but somehow controled myself

 

Day 2, almost forgot to post.

 

Day 24 lets go! Time to heal ED and get a girlfriend and forget 10-15 yrs of fapping.

Day 0, of PMO. Previously done 7 days of PMO in October, and currently 80 days of P, but have relapsed into bad habits and need to do a full PMO challenge again. Hopefully can stick to the full 30 days of PMO, this time around.

I relapsed on the 26 day....
Its such a depressing thing, but i will raise again, i will learn from my mistakes and i will go on, i will be free and it will be soon.
