Jesus, I relapsed bad last night. I'm talking a total, five hour binder. One day before finishing too. I'll give more details in my journal.

On day 12/14!! Beating last attempt today, keep me in your prayers

 

3/14.... i think.
Doin OK today. Only issue was the damm NCAA gymnastics on tv. Ugh. They were on right next to the football game, at the bar.

Wasnt triggered. Didnt fantisize. So, Id say its a victory.

 

Day 7- a few urges when I woke up but I managed to control myself pretty well. Still going strong!
