Nofap in itself isn't a miracle cure. If you read the success stories of the people who have gained 'super powers', you'll notice they did more than just stop pmo. They started meditating, practicing yoga, working out, taking cold showers, eating healthier, ...
All of these can improve how you feel, but combining a couple of them is what will make you feel superhuman. So, don't just do nofap, do one or two things from the list above and you'll notice great changes in yourself.

Congrats on getting to day 53, that is an awesome achievement.

This so much. Just because you stopped touching a part of your body and watching videos won't make you a superhuman. And in fact you'll never be. Don't expect that much of stopping PMO, and try to improve everything you can in your life. I completely changed my lifestyle when I started this challenge and even though I'm on Day 63 I still have to deal with social anxiety a bit, depression some days, and I still don't wake up everyday with a morning wood. I'm recovering slowly, but I'm recovering. :)
